Customer Referral Plans

Join Dundee Internet Services' members who get their Internet access absolutely FREE...We have several plans in place which enable you to earn FREE time or CASH$$$

Plan 1:  For existing non-business dial-up customers
Plan 2:  For anybody who could use some extra $$$
Plan 3:  For existing web hosting clients

Plan 1:  Referral Program for existing Dundee Internet Services non-business dial-up customers

Do you have friends, family, and associates who are looking for excellent, reliable Internet access? Refer them to Dundee Internet Services!

Starting December 1, 1997, if new unmetered access accounts tell us that you referred them to us, you become eligible for a credit for one month of unmetered access (regardless of your current access plan) when your referral has signed up and used Dundee Internet Services as their ISP for three (3) consecutive months.

There's no limit to how many new members you can refer in a day, week, month or even a year...many enterprising Dundee Internet Services members will not have to pay for their Internet access for years to come.

To refer someone for Plan 1:

  1. New accounts that you refer must tell the Dundee Internet Services sales representative your username during the registration process in order for your account to be properly credited toward your free month (s) -- be sure that they know your username when they call because we cannot apply credit after their sign-up date
  2. Have your referral call 1-888-222-8485 or, if local to Dundee, 529-5331 to open their Dundee Internet Services account.
  3. When a new member registers and names you as the referrer, we will send you a confirmation email. If there was a problem with the username, the new member will be notified of the error and requested to send an email to clarify who the referrer was.
  4. Once the new referral has been a member in good standing for 90 days, we will apply a credit for one month of unmetered interactive access (a value of $24.95) to your account.
  5. Each participant will receive a monthly accounting of their status in the program, i.e., how many referrals have signed up and how many months of free access are accrued.

Rules:  The rules for the Dundee Internet Services Referral Program, Plan 1, are few and simple. They are:

  1. Only one person can be credited for the referral of a new member
  2. The credit value is $19.95 and can only be applied to non-business dial-up accounts
  3. Once a username is given for the referral, it cannot be changed at a later date
  4. The referral must be new to Dundee Internet Services, i.e., we must not have had any previous contact with the person or business within the past 45 days.
  5. This promotion has no cash value and can only be redeemed as credit toward an existing personal dial-up account on the date the referral completes 90 days in good standing as a Dundee Internet Services dial-up customer.
  6. Existing business customers (dial-up and/or web hosting) are not eligible to participate in this referral program.

Plan 2:  Referral program for anyone who could use some extra $$$

Dundee Internet Services will pay $50.00 U.S. to anyone who refers a new client to us for web site hosting and the referral subsequently contracts with us to host their domain (Budget Domain or Full Service Domain) for a one year period. Persons or businesses who have a formal reseller agreement with Dundee Internet Services are not eligible for this promotion.

To refer someone for Plan 2:

  1. Have your referral call 1-800-222-8485 or, if local to Dundee, 529-5331 to open their Dundee Internet Services account. Make sure that they give the Dundee Internet Services representative your name, address and phone number when they sign up.
  2. Referrals must tell the Dundee Internet Services sales representative your name, address, and phone number during the registration process in order for a check to be processed for you.
  3. When a new member signs up with us to host their domain and names you as the referer, you'll be sent a confirmation notice.
  4. Once the new referral has signed a one year contract and has paid any setup fees and the first quarter's hosting fees, Dundee Internet Services will issue you a $50.00 check.

    Rules:  The rules for the Dundee Internet Services Referral Program, Plan 2, are few and simple. They are:
  1. Only one entity (person or business) can be credited for the referral of a new web hosting member
  2. Once the new account names a referer, the referer named cannot be changed at a later date
  3. The referral must be new to Dundee Internet Services, i.e., we must not have had any previous contact with the person or business in the past 180 days.
  4. Existing business customers (dial-up and/or web hosting) are not eligible to participate in this referral program.
  5. There is no limit to the hosting clients you can refer.

Plan 3:  Referral program for existing web hosting clients

For our current web hosting clients, Dundee Internet Services will credit your account for three months payment (including dial-up where applicable) when you refer a new client and the referral completes a one year Budget Domain or Full Service Domain web-hosting contract.

Rules:  The rules for the Dundee Internet Services Referral Program, Plan 3, are few and simple. They are:

  1. Only existing business customers of Dundee Internet Services can be credited for the referral of a new web hosting account
  2. Adding additional domains to an existing account does not count as a referral
  3. Once the new account names a referer, the referer named cannot be changed at a later date
  4. The referral must be new to Dundee Internet Services, i.e., we must not have had any previous contact with the person or business in the past 180 days.
  5. The three months payment credit includes all basic recurring monthly domain hosting charges and, if applicable, dial-up charges.  It does not include any optional value-added services.  Credit will be applied the month following the referral's completion of a 12 month hosting contract.
  6. This promotion has no cash value and can only be redeemed as credit toward an existing web hosting contract on the date the referral's contract is completed.
  7. Participants in the Dundee Internet Services Web Designer Reseller Program are not eligible to participant in this program.
